Returns may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Any eligible return request must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product along with photographs, invoice details, and supporting information.
Products that have been worn, altered, resized, customized, engraved, damaged due to misuse, or returned without the original invoice and packaging may not be accepted.

Orders involving customized jewellery or special orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
